Ingredients:

1.5 Cl.Grey Goose
0.75 Cl.Licor 43
1 FruitMango
3 Cl.Mango fruit - Extract
1.5 Cl.Orange juice
1.5 Cl.Pineapple juice
0.75 Cl.Ron Caribe - Blanco
3 Cl.Sirope de vino tinto - Homemade
1 TwigVanilla

Preparation:

Previous steps: Marco Antonio makes a coco foam with strawberry applied with cream siphon for the final part of the cocktail.
The red wine syrup elaborated by Marco, contains red wine, vanilla, cinnamon, clove and sugar.
Use 100 gr. of the mango or use mango pulp already prepared.

Preparation: in the glass of a shaker put from 3 to 5 rock ices, add all the ingredients, including the vanilla pod, a pinch of cinnamon and shake vigorously. Serve in a balloon glass without base, which contains crushed ice. Serve with double strainer and finally apply the foam with the siphon and decorate.

Garnish: coco and strawberry foam, peach and eatable flowers. Atomize with cinnamon essence.
