Oleo de Ron Santa Teresa

Ingredients:

2 Cl.Aceite de Oliva
1 Cl.Egg white
1 Cl.Honey
4 Cl.Orange juice
1 Cl.Santa Teresa Rhum Orange
2 Cl.Santa Teresa Selecto
1 Cl.Sobieski Caramel

Preparation:

You will need a blender.

Mixed cocktail. First liquefied and then shake it.

First mix in a blender one egg and one tablespoon of honey to get a foamy texture. We add 2.0 cl. / 20 ml. of extra virgin olive oil (original intense) LA Organic, the 4.0 cl / 40 ml. of orange juice and 1.0 cl / 10 ml of orange liqueur based on Santa Teresa Rhum Orange. We use the blender again.
Finally add 1.0 cl. / 10 ml. Sobieski Caramel Vodka and 2cl. of Santa Teresa Selecto Rum. We cool the mixture and shake it with plenty of ice. Finally, serve the mixture in a cocktail glass previously chilled.

Garnish: Twist or orange slice.
