Highball glass

Ingredients:

1 PinchCinnamon
1 SeedCloves
3 Cl.Crema de Cassis
6 Cl.Peach juice
2 Cl.Frangelico
1 SpoonCondensed milk
1 Cl.Honey
4.5 Cl.Vodka

Preparation:

Before: prepare the juice in a blender (natural peach juice). For this, we add three slices of peach with a little bit of water (10 cl. / 100 ml.), sugar, a teaspoon of condensed milk and honey.

Preparation

  1. In a shaker add 3 to 5 ices, 6.0 cl. / 60 ml. of fresh peach juice, then the 4.5 cl. / 45ml. Vodka, 3.0 cl. / 30 ml. Cassis Creme and finally 2.0 cl. / 20 ml. Frangelico liqueur. 

  2. Shake vigorously 12 to 15 seconds.
  3. In a large highball glass add 2 or 3 rock ices (new ones) and pour the content using double strainer. 
 


Garnish: sprinkle cinnamon.

Additional note: before serving the mix, you can sweeten the highball glass with cloves and a dash of Frangelico. 
 And to drink it even more refreshing, you can add more peach juice.
