Ingredients:

2 Cl.Absolut
2.5 Cl.Coffee
2 Cl.Milk
1.5 Cl.Ginger Tea Syrup

Preparation:

Previously: in a coffee maker prepare an expresso and set aside. For the ginger tea syrup: dilute 500 gr. of white sugar in 500 ml of water, introduce a ginger teabag with 4 or 5 of fresh ginger sheets. Warm without boil. Let it cool.


Preparation: in a shaker add all the ingredients except the milk, 3 to 5 rock ice and shake with energy. Serve into a transparent tea cup. Repeat the cooling process using new ice with just the milk to cool it and to create foam. Serve it on the previous mixture without stir. Garnish: grated ginger over the cocktail and put a chocolate ginger milk tablet.
 

Inspiration: adaptation of the classic White Russian, flavoured with ginger to give it freshness.
