Ingredients:

5 BlowAngostura
4 Cl.Egg white
1 T spoonHomemade Syrup
1 Cl.Licor St. Germain
4 Cl.Nikka Yoichi 10 years
2 Cl.Yuzu juice

Preparation:

Add all ingredients in a shaker, 3 to 5 rock ice and shake with energy until you have a homogeneous mixture. The homemade syrup is a green tea syrup.
 
Garnish: Angostura Aromatic Bitter, green tea leaves, tangerine peel.
 
Note: modern version of a Whisky Sour, based on Japanese malt whisky with a green tea and tangerine flavor and a soft smoked ending. Served in a “cup of tea”, inspired in the traditional Japanese ceremony of tea.
