Ingredients:

4 Cl.Mango fruit - Extract
1 PinchSalt mixed with Seshuan button
1 Cl.Agave syrup
6 Cl.White tequila crushed with Seshuan button

Preparation:

Cocktail Frozen.

Glass crowned with salt and Sechuan flower.

You need: a mixer and a plate with the mix of salt and Sechuan buttons. 

Add into the mixer 4 or 5 ice cubes, add 6 cl. / 60 ml. White Tequila marinated with Sechuan button, 4 cl. / 40 ml. mango concentrate, 1 cl. /10 ml. ágave syrup. Start the mixer in the function "Frozen" or "Pulse" until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pour the content in the cocktail glass crowned with salt and Sechuan button and garnish with a piece of mango.  


Mango concentrate: You can use natural mango, or a concentrate of natural mango pulp. If the mango is green, the result will be even more interesting.  

Maceration: In a bottle of your favourite White Tequila, add 10-15 gr of Sechuan flower. Keep it in the fridge for 1 - 3 weeks. It is recommended that you try the maceration daily for you to choose the exact moment of flavour and aroma. The aim in this case, more than flavour and aroma, is to transfer the electric features of the flower to the liquid.
