Ingredients:

1 SpoonSugar
1 Cl.Chocolate Syrup
1 PieceWhite chocolate
1 PieceBlack chocolate
1 Cl.Egg white
1 SpoonCream
3 Cl.Strawberry juice
1 SpoonCondensed milk
30 Gr.Nerds
4.5 Cl.White rum
1 Cl.Monin Strawberry - Juice
1.5 Cl.Triple Sec

Preparation:

Preliminary Steps

  1. Split in equal parts in two plastic containers 30 gr. of candy Wonka Nerds; add a piece of white chocolate in another bowl and a piece of black chocolate. Add a little milk and cream to each bowl to disolve it until you have an homogeneous mixture. Reserve it in the freezer. Prepare this a few hours before (use Grape and Strawberry candy Nerds).
  2. In a blender put natural strawberries and add cream, strawberry Monin juice, condensed milk, sugar and some water.
  3. We reuse the blender, this time to make the foam. Add the chocolate syrup and pasteurized egg white with a little of soy lecithin.
  4. When we've finished step 2 and 3, we let thaw the preparation in step 1.

Preparation

In a shaker add 3 to 5 ices and 4.5 cl. / 45 ml. White Rum, 1.5 cl. / 15 ml. Triple sec, 2 cl. / 20ml, the white chocolate with Nerds preparation and 2 cl / 20 ml. of the black chocolate Nerds preparation. Finally we add 4.5 cl. / 45 ml. of the strawberries preparation and shake vigorously. Serve in a cocktail glass with a chocolate syrup liquid foam on it.

Garnish: sprinkle some candy.
