Ingredients:

6 Cl.G'Vine Floraison
20 Cl.Tonic

Preparation:

In a ball glass, add 5 to 7 rock ice, 6 cl of G'Vine Floraison and complete degassing the tonic using the G'Vine hooler. Serve into a ball glass preferably of the brand.
 

Garnish: 5 carpaccios of green grape, 1 raspberry with a spray of lime & lemon.

Note: the hooler is the tool used to cut a hole in the cap of the bottle and serve the tonic water agitated. Thus the gas inside the bottle causes that the tonic exits with pressure while loses the gas. This way of serving the G&T has been proposed by G'Vine and has become popular in the Spanish market as an alternative way to serve it.
