Highball glass

Ingredients:

6 Cl.Aguardiente
1 BranchMint
0.3 PieceGinger - Root
75 Cl.Lulo / pulpa
1.5 Cl.Sirope de cardamomo - homemade

Preparation:

Previously step: prepare the lulo juice in a blender using the following proportion, 20 gr of brown sugar for each 2 fruits of lulo. Blend and strain.

Preparation: in the glass of a shaker add 2 slices of fresh ginger, 4 mint leaves and y 7.5 cl of aguardiente. Muddle with a mortar and add 7.5 cl of lulo juice and 1.5 cl of cardamom syrup. Add 3 to 5 rock ice and shake with energy until you have an homogeneous mixture. Finally serve into a highball glass with rock ice and garnish.

Garnish: star anise.

Cocktail accompanied by achiras huilenss (canna flour snack) and star anise.
