Ingredients:
3 SpoonSugar
1 Cl.Mint liqueur
4 Cl.Herbs Orujo
6 Cl.Lemongrass rum
1 BlowCrushed vermouth with herbs
Preparation:
Frozen Cocktail. You will need a blender.
Previously: maceration of the rum. In a bottle of rum of your choice, add 4 sticks of lemongrass (to maximize its potential, you must hit the branch before). Leave the bottle on the fridge for 1 to 3 weeks. It is recommended to check it daily so you can choose the exact point of flavor and aroma.
Preparation: in a blender add 4 to 6 rock ice, 6 cl. of rum with lemongrass, 4 cl. herbs "orujo", 1 cl. Pepper mint liqueur, and 3 sugar spoons. Use the blender in the "Frozen" or "Pulse" mode if you have the function to get an homogeneous texture. Serve into a cocktail glass and finally sprayed the mixture with a crushed vermouth with herbs.
Garnish: sprig of mint.
