Ingredients:

1.25 Cl.Amaro Ramazzotti
1 Cl.Ardbeg Single Malt
4 Cl.Green Chartreuse
1.5 Cl.Ginger beer
2 Cl.Lime Juice
3.5 Cl.Apple juice

Preparation:

In the glass of a shaker add 3 to 5 rock ice and all the ingredients except the Ardbeg whisky and the Ginger Beer. Shake with energy until you have a homogeneous mixture and serve into a highball glass with crushed ice. Finally complete with Ginger Beer and some whisky.

Garnish: apple, rosemary and ginger with icing sugar. With manzana, romero y jengibre con azúcar en polvo. With a blowtorch caramelize the sugar and burn some rosemary.
