Ingredients:

1 PieceChocolate al Jengibre
4 Cl.Egg white
4 Cl.Glenfiddich 12
4 Cl.Pear Liqueur
1 SpoonMalted barley syrup

Preparation:

Add in a shaker the Glenlivet whisky and the Merlet liquor, with a spoon add the malted barley syrup. Once diluted add 3 to 5 rock ice into the shaker, egg white and shake with energy until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour the mixture using a caterpillar strainer in a chilled cocktail glass. Drop all the foam until you have a substantial layer and grate the chocolate on it as garnish.


Garnish: grated chocolate.
