Ingredients:

1 Cl.Aloe Vera water
4 Cl.Bulleit Rye
4 Cl.Yellow Chartreuse
5 Cl.Grape juice (mosto)
4 Cl.Perrier - Sparkling water

Preparation:

Previously steps: Andreu uses a white grape juice (must). Moreover, he prepares a maceration of blackberries with Eau de Noix liqueur from Chartreuse.

Preparation: in a shaker add all the ingredients except the sparkling water. Shake with energy until you have a homogeneous mixture. Serve using strainer into a glass with crushed ice.

Garnish: Chartreuse and blackberry candy.
