Ingredients:

5 Cl.Ambrosía - Homemade syrup
5 Cl.Pink Pigeon Rum
1 Cl.Prucia Plum Liqueur de France
5 Cl.Chai Tea

Preparation:

Punch Cocktail type, it could be in single servings or 4 servings with the following amounts:

(For 4 servings)



200 ml Pink Pigeon
40 ml Prucia (plum brandy)
200 ml Chai Tea
200 ml Ambrosía homemade syrup

Previous steps: Chai tea must be prepared with half of the water (100 ml) and half on ice to cool it. On the other hand, the Ambrosía is made with the following ingredients: skin of 4 lemons and 4 oranges, 20 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks and nutmeg. Cover with 200 ml of maple syrup, put it  in a bain-marie at 60 ° C for 15 minutes, drain and let it cool.

Preparation: All the ingredients are added into the bowl and mixed well with ice in order to cooling. Serve in glasses with ice.

Garnish: pieces of pineapple and prunes.
