Ingredients:

1 SpoonSugar
4.5 Cl.Citadelle Vodka
0.75 Cl.Kiwi - jarabe sin alcohol
1.5 Cl.Licor de Melón - BVland
0.5 FruitLime
5 Cl.Schweppes Premium Mixer - Indian Tonic

Preparation:

Direct Cocktail.

In a highball glass add the Citadelle vodka, half lime in pieces, a spoonful of sugar and muddle the ingredients with a mortar. Then add the melon liqueur and kiwi syrup. Add chopped or crushed ice and stir gently with a imperial spoon. Finally mixing it with tonic and garnish.

Garnish: lentil sprouts and nasturtium flower.

Tip: Ruben proposes eat nasturtium flower before taking the first sip for a smooth spicy taste, then the first sip will be sweet citrus and go playing with the aftertaste of the flower in the mouth. Lentil sprouts should be eating with the cocktail in order to provide a soft and herbal flavor.
