Ingredients:

1.5 Cl.Domaine de Canton
5 Cl.Gin Mare
2 Cl.Lemon juice
2 Cl.Palo Cortado
2 BlowWorcestershire sauce
0.75 Cl.Sirope de Lavanda - Monin
0.75 Cl.Sirope de Pepino - Monin
0.75 Cl.Sirope de Rosas - Monin
2 DropOriginal Tabasco Sauce
9 Cl.Tomato juice
1 PinchWasabi

Preparation:

The wine used by José is Fino A.O. Montilla Moriles, "Palo Cortado".

Preparation: in a mixing glass, put the ices and stir until chilling the glass. Discard the excess water and add all the ingredients.
Mix gently with a barspoon and serve in a previously cooled cocktail glass.

In the words of José: ‟it is an ideal cocktail to have before sitting at the table, with the permission of the excellent wine of my homeland and the refreshing beer.

We have tried to join the need of having an aperitif, the cocktail culture and the know-how of the Montilla-Moriles wine growers.″
