Ingredients:

2 Cl.Choya Plum liqueur
3 Cl.Green Tea ice cream
4 Cl.Hibiki 12 years
2.5 Cl.Yuzu juice

Preparation:

In the glass of a shaker add 3 to 5 rock ice and all the ingredients. Shake with energy until you have a homogeneous mixture. Serve into a design glass using strainger. 

Garnish: pansy flower or any edible flower.
