Ingredients:

2 Cl.Amanatsu (cítrico) - Zumo/Jugo
2 BlowBitter de elaboración propia
1 Cl.Cardenal de Mendoza - Brandy
1 Cl.Kabosu (cítrico) - Zumo/Jugo
5 Cl.Pampero Aniversario
1.5 Cl.Homemade Syrup

Preparation:

Previously: Jorge uses a home-made tobacco bitter and a home-made coca and jalapeño chili syrup.

Preparation: Add form 3 to 5 ices and all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake with energy until you reach an homogeneous mixture. Serve using double strainer in a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish: chocolate, cinnamon and mint.

 

How to prepare the tobacco home-made bitter:
(Recipe by Jorge Nicolás Serrano)

Macerate tobacco leafs in a Overproof rum for two weeks.
In a separate container, macerate in  a Overproof rum during two weeks too, the follow ingredients:

  1.  Vanilla branch.
  2. Fresh orange peels
  3. Cinnamon branch
  4. Gentian and angelica roots.

The solid parts were boiled in 100 ml of water after being strained.
Finally, mix all the content of the containers to get the Tobacco home-made bitter.
