Ingredients:

1 BlowAngostura
3.5 Cl.Cardhu Cask Reserve
1 Cl.Green Chartreuse
0.5 Cl.Yuzu syrup - Homemade
2 Cl.Talisker 10 Years Old

Preparation:

Previously: In a new american oak barrel, introduce 70 cl of Pedro Ximenez and leave it there for 22 days. After this time, remove and incorporate Cardhu (35 cl), Talisker (20 cl) and Chartreuse (10 cl) during 20 days. Then put the mix in a crystal bottle. David prepares the Angostura bitter with Pedro Ximenez.

Preparation: Serve 6.5 cl of the aged cocktail in a mixing glass with rock ice, add the yuzu syrup, 3 drops of Angostura with Pedro Ximenez and chill stirring with a spoon. Put this mix in another crystal bottle and smoke t with coffee and beach. Serve in a Quaich glass with an orange twist.

Foodpairing: macadamia nut, smoked Idiazabal and chocolate bonbon.
