Ingredients:

1.5 Cl.Gomma
5 Cl.Raspberry juice
5 Cl.G'Vine Nouaison
5 Cl.Grappa Luigi Francoli
2 Cl.Lemon juice
1 Cl.Passion Fruit pulp

Preparation:

Previously: the grappa used by Giacomo is aged in oak French barrel.

Preparation: in a shaker add 3 to 5 rock ice and all the ingredients. Shake with energy and serve into a Highball glass with rock ice and complete with crusehd ice.

Garnish: half passion fruit, fresh lavender and two raspberries.

Note: refreshing cocktails where the red berries and G'Vine floral notes are highlighted with a character touch of the grappa. 
 

Winning cocktail in 3rd place for the mixology competition G'Vine Gin Connoisseur Program 2013 (GCP), Barcelona - Spain.
