Ingredients:

2 BlowAngostura Orange Bitter
3 SeedCardamom
6 Cl.G'Vine Floraison
3.5 Cl.Lemon juice
2 Cl.Cinnamon Syrup
2 Cl.Roses syrup

Preparation:

Previously: the bitter used by Francesc (Angostura Orange) is macerated with rose petals.

Preparation: in a shaker add all the ingredients and shake with energy until you have an homogeneous mixture. Serve using double strainer in a chilled Martini glass. 

Garnish: rose petal and edible perals.

Note: Francesc tell us this is cocktail with fresh and citric notes. It ends with G'vine Floraison flavour in your mouth. 

Winning cocktail in the Barcelona semifinal of the mixology competition G'Vine Gin Connoisseur Program 2013 (GCP).
