Ingredients:

1 BlowAngostura Orange Bitter
4 Cl.Calvados
4 Cl.Ketel One
2 Cl.Japanese honey and grapes liquor
1.5 Cl.Vanilla and Cinnamon Syrup

Preparation:

Paolo based his proposal on two 1800 classics such as the Sazerac and the Blue Blazer:
 
For the version of the Sazerac: in the Ketel One teapot add the vodka, a piece of orange peel, vanilla and cinnamon syrup, and bitter. Leave it a few minutes before serving and finally add dry ice to cold the infuse.
 
For the version of the Blue Blazer: in an auxiliary metal pitcher add the Calvados, sugar and the Japanese liqueur. Heat the pot with the torch and once the liquid is at the right temperature, pass it to the two pitchers for servicing by the Classic Blue Blazer way.
 
Foodpairing: Japanese maki shrimp and asparagus with soy sauce.
