Ingredients:

1.5 Cl.Amaretto
1.5 Cl.Coconut cream - Syrup
4.5 Cl.Kiwi juice
1 Cl.Chocolate Liquor
4 Cl.Tonic
1 Cl.Vanilla essence
4.5 Cl.Vodka

Preparation:

Previous steps

Prepare in a blender natural kiwi juice. To do this, we put three slices of kiwi with a little water (10 cl. / 100 ml.) and sugar.
Optional: add a few drops of hot sauce to enhance flavor. Then we add 1.5 cl. / 15 ml. Coconut Cream and re-liquefy.
Optional: instead of cocnut cream you can use cheese icea cream or a little of both.

Preparation

In a shaker add 3 to 5 ices, 6.0 cl. / 60 ml. of fresh kiwi juice, 4.5 cl. / 45 ml. of Vodka, 1.5 cl. / 15 ml. Amaretto, 1.0 cl. / 10 ml. Chocolate liquor and finally the dash of vanilla essence. Shake it with energy 12 to 15 seconds.
In a hurricane glass add 5 to 7 rock ices (new ones), and pour the mixture using double strainer. Fill the glass with tonic water.

Garnish: a slice of Kiwi.

Additional note: to make the cocktail Frozen or frappe, add all ingredients and ice in a blender. When serving, do not strain.
