Ingredients:
1 Cl.Pandalo Water
3 Cl.Gomma
4 Cl.Egg white
2 Cl.Fever Tree - Ginger Beer
5 Cl.Ginebra/Gin
3 Cl.Lemon juice
Preparation:
In a shaker add 3 to 5 rock ice and all the ingredients except the ginger beer. Shake with energy during some seconds and leave it for a moment. Then add star anise, cinnamon and black cardamom, and shake again. Serve into a glass with ice and complete with ginger beer.
Garnish: sprinkle powdered sugar over the foam and flame.
Serve the cocktail with a spoon.
