Ingredients:

1 Cl.Egg white
2 FruitStrawberry
1 Cl.Apple Liquor
1 Cl.Strawberry puree
5 Cl.Santa Teresa Selecto
7 Cl.Cidre
1 Cl.Caramel Vodka

Preparation:

For the first layer, in a blender beat the rum, the strawberries, the puree, the apple liqueur and the vodka. Then add the mixture into a shaker, 3-5 ice to cool it. Serve into a cocktail glass. For the second layer, doing the same procedure but this time beating the egg white and the cidre, and cooling in a shaker. Serve carefully into the cocktail glass above the first layer.

Garnish: a strawberry and frozen chocolate syrup.

Note: cocktail specially created for Valentine`s day with a very sweet and innovative taste, as Pablo explains.
