Ingredients:

1 PinchCinnamon
8 Cl.Tiger nut milk
1 PinchPowdered Ginger
4 Cl.Leche Condensada
6 Cl.White rum

Preparation:

Previously: to prepare de condensed milk with ginger, the day before mix 125 g of condensed milk with a spoon of ginger powder and let it rest in the fridge. You will allow ginger to release more aroma and intensity.

Preparation: Frozen cocktail. A blender is needed.

In the mixer recipient add 4-6 rock ice cubes. Add 6 cl. /60 ml Rum, 8 cl. / 80 ml Orgeat and 4 cl. / 40 ml condensed milk with ginger. Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon powder. Start the blender, better using the function "Frozen" if available, or function "Pulse", to achieve a desired homogeneous texture.

Garnish: cinnamon powder.
