Ingredients:

1.5 Cl.Carpano Formula Antica
1 BlowChocolate Bitters
1.5 Cl.Lillet Blanc
7 Cl.Tanqueray Ten

Preparation:

Previously: Oriol uses Antica Formula to prepare a vacuum infusion with orange and uses 1.5 cl per cocktail.

Preparation: dry shake (shake without ice) and after two minutes add ice and using a technique pass the liquid from one glass to another until the coktail is aerate. Finally serve into a cocktail glass using double strainer.

Garnish: golden powder.

Foodpairing: cocoa chocolate with grapefruit and lemon.
