Ingredients:

2 Cl.Molasses
1.5 Cl.Sherry wine
5 Cl.Zacapa 23

Preparation:

Previously: Jose uses a small pot to heat the molasses with the idea of having it in a liquid state at the same time it will awake aromas. 

Preparation: in a shaker add 3 to 5 rock ice, the ingredients and shake with energy. Serve using double strainer and over the mixture add lime foam (you will need siphon and CO2 loading).

Foodpairing: banana topped with Zacapa chocolate with cloves and cinnamon. Finally sprinkle nutmeg on the banana and over the cocktail.
