Ingredients:

0.75 Cl.Gomma
4.5 Cl.Bacardi
1.5 Cl.Jägermeister
2.25 Cl.Cassis liqueur
1.5 Cl.Tangerine juice

Preparation:

In a shaker add 3 to 5 rock ice, include all the ingredients and shake. Serve using double strainer into a cocktail glass. Flavored with orange peel over the glass.

Garnish: orange peel.

Inspiration: Matías has spent his childhood "in a beautiful place called Sarasa, a small rural town that had one supply place for everything, the General Store Doña Maria Ramos Picardo". The name of the cocktail "Lo de María" (Mari's place) is in honor of this lady. Matías adds: "An authentic Argentinian cocktail must have an aperitif in the recipe for the simple reason that we are the largest consumers in the world. And we combine it with a great spirit that we love, rum. To sweeten the mixture I add a blackcurrant liqueur which gives flavor and aroma, without being overshadowed by the appetizer while balancing with lemon (its juice for the mouth and the peel for the nose). To give the drink a final Bouque, I complete the it with simple syrup that helps a silkier texture. It's fresh, sweet, powerful and complex".
