Flute glas
Appetizer
Batido

Ingredients:

2 Cl.1724 - Tonic Water
1.5 Cl.Yellow Chartreuse
1 TwigDill
4.5 Cl.G'Vine Nouaison
4 Cl.Lychee juice

Preparation:

Previously: George uses 2 cl of 1724 tonic water as a reduction with ginger. Place 1 liter of 1724 (5 bottles) in a vessel over high heat and add 20 grams of fresh ginger cut into slices. Let it boil, lower the heat and leave on low heat until reduced to 1 to 3 parts (one thousand ml to 350 ml, approximately). This process can take between an hour and an hour and a half.

Preparation: introduce into a mesh tea a branch of fresh dill and put it into a shaker, add 3 to 5 rock ice, include all the ingredients and shake. Serve using double strainer into a flute glass.
Optional: George after mixing and shaking the cocktail introduced the entire content within a siphon together with a load of CO2 and served the carbonated mixture into the flute glass. The intention was the cocktail to have again the tonic carbon lost in the reduction process inspired in France using French products like the G'Vine and the Chartreuse, and also the glass which seems to have champagne (another typical French product).

Garnish: ginger slices.

Semifinal winning cocktail in the Barcelona G'Vine Connoisseur 2011.
