Ingredients:

2 Cl.Campari
10 Cl.Ginger beer
4 Cl.Grey Goose
2 Cl.Lime Juice
2 Cl.Ginger Syrup

Preparation:

Previously: Joao infused the Grey Goose vodka with cucumber and ginger. 

 
Preparation: In a tall glass add crushed ice and serve the Campari. Then in a shaker add the lime juice, ginger syrup, and the vodka. Add 3 to 5 rock ice and shake with energy until you have an homogeneour mixture. Serve in the glass you have with Campari and complete with beer (serve the beer very slowly). 

 
Garnish: strip of cucumber and two straws. The idea is that customers play with the straws contrasting the Campari (bitter) with the sweetness and pungency of the ginger and cucumber.
