Ingredients:
1 BranchCinnamon
15 Cl.Ginger Ale soda
1 Cl.Lagavulin 16 Years Old
3 Cl.Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 Cl.Lime Juice
4 Gr.Chai Tea
6 Cl.Zacapa 23
Preparation:
Previously: using Zacapa 23 make an infusion with chai tea.
Preparation: once the rum is infused, introduce all the ingredients in a shaker except the Lagavulin whisky. Add 3 to 5 rock ice and shake with energy until you have a homogeneous mixture. Serve in a high ball glass with new ice and complete with ginger ale. Finally perfumed with the Lagavulin whisky.
Garnish: a twist of burnt orange with powdered sugar and cinnamon stick.
