Ingredients:

1 BlowAngostura
2 DashGomma
4 Cl.Bianco Vermouth
6 Cl.G'Vine Floraison
2 Cl.Lemon juice
1 PinchAleppo Pepper
1 Cl.Orgeat syrup
4 Cl.Tonic

Preparation:

In a shaker add 3 to 5 rock ice and all the ingredients including the aleppo pepper. Leave the Angostura bitter and the tonic for later. Once you have all the ingredients in the shaker, shake with energy until you have a homogeneous mixture. Strain into an ice filled long drink glass and topped with tonic and a dash of Angostura bitters. You don't need to use double strainer as the idea is that the aleppo pepper to remain in the cocktail. The drink should be lightly stirred before drinking, to disperse the fragments of the aleppo pepper. 
 
Garnish: cucumber and mint.
 
This cocktail was the winning drink of the  G'Vine GCP 2012.
