Ingredients:

8 Cl.Cava Rosé
1 Cl.Violet liqueur
4 Cl.Pitaya juice

Preparation:

Direct cocktail.

In a flute glass add 1 cl. /10 ml violet liquor, 4 cl. / 40 ml pitahaya juice and finally cava/chamapgne rosé. Preferably serve the champagne with an imperial spoon with twist so that the glass can show both colours switching softly from one to the other - violet tone and pitahaya juice at the bottom. 

Pitahaya juice: Remove the inner part from the fruit with a spoon and pour it on a strainer, stir the pulp separating the seeds. If you wish, add some liquid sugar to sweeten the juice.
