Description

Traditional Italian liqueur obtained from hand-harvested fresh lemons from the tree. Once in the laboratory is necessary to peel the shells and cut lemons very thin with special attention not to cut the white flesh. Limoncé requires 10 kg of lemons per liter of final product. Then the thin bark are soaked in pure alcohol,   and left to marinate as long as is necessary for further preparation of the syrup with water and sugar. The result of this maceration and the syrup is mixed in another container at room temperature until a doomed liquor containing more than 30 ° on average. Limoncé tunes his  limoncello mixture to obtain a unique 25 °, softer than the generality of the brands on the market. It ends with the filtering process which eliminates any residualtraces of bark and any solid into the liquid.
