History

Liqueur made by macerating herbs (anise, cinnamon, licorice, nutmeg, chamomile, coriander, fennel, thyme and rosemary) during one month in Galician spirit (orujo). Then is distilled and sugar is added. Before bottling stays at rest for a month to obtain a crystalline product with an intense aroma. Product covered by the geographical name of Herbs of Galicia.
