History

In 1884, Paul Jones Jr., moved his thriving business to Louisville, Kentucky, where he opened an office in the historic main street "Whiskey Row." Four years later, he registered the name Four Roses. In 1922, the Company purchased the Frankfort Distillation, obtaining permission to produce Bourbon as medicinal purposes. In the years under the direction of Jones, sales of Four Roses Bourbon grew until it became the superior quality bourbon. Four Roses Bourbon was the biggest seller in the U.S. in the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s, and then it opened market in Europe and Asia, where it also quickly became the best-selling bourbon.

Description

The Master Distiller of Four Roses in Kentucky, Jim Rutledge, creates a fruity and mild-flavored bourbon. It has received significant recognition as the best seven years bourbon awarded by the prestigious Whisky Magazine (World Whiskies Awards 2012). The bourbon category is growing in Europe and also in Spain for those consumers looking for new and different experiences.

Four Roses Small Batch, resulting from the combination of four bourbons, is a limited production carefully selected.
